I lodged my parents at the art hotel for their 30th wedding anniversary and they loved every bit of their stay. Their room was very nicely decorated at my request. The staff are all so welcoming and attentive. Their space is super beautiful, the room was spacious and well equipped. I got to experience the restaurant as well, their food was good and the service was nice. The art gallery had a collection being showcased which I loved, also got to meet the owner of the collection with my parents. They also had a sip and paint experience for my parents to enjoy. Loved every bit of the experience and I was glad to see my parents happy. Can’t wait to be back

I originally planned to stay at the Art Hotel for just three nights, but after experiencing the exceptional service and warm, welcoming atmosphere during my first few days, I decided to extend my stay for additional four nights. The front desk staff were consistently courteous, respectful, friendly, and professional, making me feel truly valued as a guest. While I did encounter an issue with the air conditioning one night, the front desk promptly addressed the situation by moving me to a new room around 4:00 AM. When the matter was mentioned to their line manager, Mrs. Toyin, she sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and kindly offered an upgrade as a gesture of compensation. Given the hotel’s outstanding service, welcoming ambience, and prime location, I wholeheartedly recommend the Art Hotel for an unforgettable stay. KunleOlagunju!

I believe it's a fantastic experience, the room is spacious enough, the bed is soft and the entire environment is serene. The breakfast and lunch is fantastic. However, there's no pepper in the pepper, funny enough. The art gallery is also awesome as portraying by the name of the hotel. In summary the experience is splendid and the service is satisfactory.

It was an amazing experience staying at The Art Hotel Lagos on my wedding eve and night. It was picture perfect with an excellent atheistic. I and my wife took beautiful pictures and made amazing videos. I recommend to every couple getting married in Lagos. It’s the best place for to be for your wedding eve and night. Their staff are also very professional and kind.

I stayed for four nights with my daughter and I must say I didn't wish to check out when I was to. It felt like home ! Very comfortable, neat and customer service is great including their meal . Great and beautiful place to stay. Many thanks for also upgrading our room😁Gracias🙏

The food is lovely alongside a responsive 24 hours restaurant service the rooftop was my favourite place in the hotel. Customer service is great.m and thanks to Sammy, Hope and the rest of the team who made our visit to Art hotel lovely and enjoyable

I stayed in the "Prince Deluxe Suite," which was clean and had excellent service. The staff members were well-trained and pleasant; I almost wanted to extend my stay because it felt like home. However, I would advise the hotel to reconsider their free laundry service. Unfortunately, the person who handled my laundry ruined my expensive Celine top. It would be better to hire a professional for this service and allow customers to pay for it rather than offering it for free and risking damage to their clothing.

The hotel did not meet my expectations based on its advertising. It was really not giving 4/5 star or luxury at all. The amenities and services provided do not justify the high price I paid for my stay. Shockingly how it took the resturant 30 minutes to get a water order and upon arrival the staff was smiling. Are you for real? I wouldn't recommend it.
